🚚 Order Processing & Production Time

All items are custom made to order just for you — no stock is held.

* Processing Time: 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday). This includes design checks, printing, quality control, and finishing.

* Complex/Large Orders: May take 5–10 working days — we will confirm the exact timeline with you.

* Rush Orders: Contact us before ordering; we may be able to speed up production for an extra fee.

* You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is posted.
📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

* Standard Shipping (2–4 working days): £0
Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class / Evri.

* Tracked & Signed (1–3 working days): £3.99
Fully tracked, requires signature on delivery. Recommended for valuable items.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside UK)

* Europe: £8.99 – £14.99 | Delivery: 5–10 working days

* Rest of World: £15.99+ | Delivery: 7–14 working days

* Please note: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by your country — these are not included in our prices.
📮 Dispatch Details

* We ship Monday to Friday only. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

* All items are carefully packed in strong, protective packaging to prevent damage.

* If your item is very large or fragile, we may use stronger packaging or split the order into separate parcels.
⚠️ Delivery Issues & Missing Parcels

* If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it: Please check with neighbours, building reception, or your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will help investigate.

* Lost in post: If an order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

* Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address and the parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay a second shipping fee to have it resent.

While we work hard to meet every deadline, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

* Courier service delays / bad weather / strikes

* Customs processing (international orders)

* Events outside our control
